Another question on app categories

Can one user submit for all three categories? As in, can the same user win all three categories?

Also, in the Rules, it is mentioned:
First and Second Prizes are limited to one (1) prize per Submission

What does this mean?

  Thank you for your question!

  You may enter multiple submissions and your submitted app may utilize functionality for all three categories. However, you must choose which category you'd like your app to compete in. You cannot submit, or win, in all three categories with the same app.
