Have Winning Idea, Need Winning Team

I have a winning idea for this competition but, am working on my own startup right now and can't devote the time throughout the entire dev process. However, if you're a winning dev/entrepreneurial team and want to work out a deal I would love to connect with you.

The way this could work is that I would give you the idea and knowledge I have, you would develop and run with the app from there. We would split prize money fairly and you would give me a tiny residual from your future success with this app.
